We have a fleet of refrigerated vehicles that deliver in the Nottingham, Derby and West Midlands regions Monday to Friday. We choose to deliver in our own refrigerated vehicles so we can ensure maximum freshness and quality from the butchers block straight to your plate. Our delivery time window is 1pm – 6pm. 48 hours’ notice is required for all orders as your meat is freshly prepared and packed on the day of delivery.

  • Order by 2pm Saturday for Monday delivery
  • Order by 11pm Sunday to receive your order on Tuesday
  • Order by 11pm Monday to receive your order on Wednesday
  • Order by 11pm Tuesday to receive your order on Thursday
  • Order by midday Thursday to receive your order on Friday

Our drivers will call you approx. 1 hour before delivery and are happy to facilitate reasonable requests for alternative delivery. We offer free delivery on orders over £70. For orders below this the cost is £2.95. Call us on 01636 370 556 or email us at if you have specific delivery requirements and we will endeavour to meet these but this may incur an additional cost. Your delivery will arrive in our bespoke insulated box, which means an unopened consignment is chill test safe for up to 24 hours. It is important that all meat products should be refrigerated or put in a freezer as soon as you open your consignment.

What do I need to bring to collect my order?

Please bring your mobile phone with you to show the email as proof of purchase (if you have emails to your phone),or print out the receipt email confirming your order. You’ll also need your photo ID.

For Click & Collect collections we accept the following forms of ID:

Valid passport
Driving licence
Recent Utility bill

If you paid entirely with gift vouchers, a gift card or PayPal, bring either your passport or photocard driving licence with you.

If someone else is collecting your order, they must bring your order number and your proof of ID.

How long will you hold my order?

You must collect your order on the day between 8am to 12 midday (we will call you on the day to give you a guide time). Given the nature of the products we sell, we can keep your order safe for a further 24 hours if required. After that time your order will be removed from our storage and disposed of. You will not be entitled to any form of refund against your order if you fail to collect it within 24 hours of the booked time slot.
